This might be better than doing a full Deadpool mask because the mouth can move
Although that is cool you don’t really get the full Deadpool look with it
@@Thrashdirtbikes I think it’s his face shape, they should have something attached to you face the copys the movements of your jaw onto an extended part of the mask to keep shape
Yeah but you need a Giga chin to make it look normal, which is always the issue

Did you actually stick the fabric on the shell? If so, what did you use? Thanks!
I did not, I wanted the fabric mask to be removable. If you want to glue yours, I recommend a spray adhesive of some kind!
Can you give me the link to the mesh eyes you used
I have another video on my channel going over how I chose the material for the eyes. I don’t have a specific product I can link, so I recommend giving it a watch!

My guess is jo-Anne’s or hobby lobby. They have pretty much all of your fabric needs
Awesome video and super creative to build off of someone else's template like this! Do the seams have to be double top stitches or do you think it would work just with the first zigzag stitch?
The regular zigzag stitch will definitely still work, but you’ll have to figure out what to do with the seam allowance, as it may show through when stretched over the shell.

You’ll want to print it in Poster mode, so that it breaks up into multiple sheets when printed. 100% fits my head (24 inches) plus the face shell on top.

US Letter, 8.5x11. But regardless of paper size, make sure you’re paying attention to the scale percentage when you print.

Depending on the prop you’re tracing, yes, multiple angles are beneficial. For this prop, though, there aren’t many top or front details to worry about, so I based the thickness off of my materials.
